Introduction
The micronation of Imperial Andorra was founded in September 2002 by a dozen former citizens of the Free Community of Pasargada. A political crisis in the Free Community motivated the creation of Andorra. Among others, three Andorran founders were also founding fathers of Pasargada: José Luiz Borrás, Vítor de Bourg and Sérgio Schüller.
Imperial Andorra has adopted monarchy under rule of His Majesty, José Luiz Borrás, first micronation´s Emperor. Differently of most micronational projects, Imperial Andorra has prospered and reached almost 40 active citizens in its peak of activity, around 2003-04. It was mainly simulationist, albeit has incorporated elements of Pasargadan realism, because some Andorran pioneers were influent participants of Pasargadan Turn, in 2001-02.
Andorra decline began in 2005. One year later, some lusophone statesmen tried to strike general inactivity in Lusophonia by unifying micronations. Thus, Imperial Andorra has made an attempt merging with the Republic of Marajo and Republic of Orange, having launched the Iberian-American Federation. Nevertheless an optimistic start, that project ultimately failed and, in 2007, the micronation went completely inactive. In 2007, Emperor Borrás resigned, being suceeded by Vítor de Bourg, his son by adoption.
The new ruler even declared solemnly extinction of Imperial Andorra in August 2007, when no subjects whatsoever were active. Both José Borrás and Vítor de Bourg would return to Pasargada, steadily participating in risorgimento moment within Felipe Aron´s governments (2008-09).
However, in August 2009, Prince Vítor, who is also Prince of Efaté´s Pasargadan Canton, signed the Institution Act of Pasargadan Commonwealth, together with Chancellor André Cyranka of Pasargada and other micronational leaders, in order to preserve and develop Andorran values, history and cultures. Imperial Andorra became a dominion, that is to say, a semi-independent micronation, with operative state functions (nobility, diplomacy, security), but no internal government.
Geography
Andorran maps are purely simulationist, without real claims.
Influenced by Pasargadan realism, Imperial Andorra later declared its territories of upmost cultural importance, without concrete aims in occupying physical fractions of the globe.
First official map of Imperial Andorra included the territory of the Principality of Andorra(macronation): a small landlocked country in southwestern Europe, located in the eastern Pyrenees mountains and bordered by Spain and France. Its size is approximately 470 km2 (181 sq mi).
In August, 2005, the Imperial Andorra’s Dynasty sent to Andorran Constitutional Assembly the project called "Great Catalonia" (Gran Catalunya, in catalan) to expand the Andorran territory for all Catalan-speaks areas in Continental Europe. This project was approved by 83% of Andorran citizens and the official map of Andorra was updated as below:

Due to the Act of Dissolution in August, 12, 2007, all territories used by Andorra Imperial was unoccupied and free to be used for any other micronation.
As Andorra returns to activity as Dominion, Andorra restablishes the last territorial area, except of the French Catalan-speaks area (Province of Languedoc-Roussillon).
