The flag of the Aerican Empire, well-recognised for its unique design.

A flag (sometimes called a banner or pennant) is a symbol that is used for identification and distinction and often acts as an official symbol of micronations, macronations and other organisations.

For a micronation, a flag is often its most important cultural symbol, and makes the micronation recognisable. Some, like Atlantium or Apiya, prefer a more simple design, whereas others, such as the Aerican Empire, prefer more 'wacky' designs.
